Reciting lease and release of 24 and 25 June 1796 being the marriage settlement of John Harvey, father of i) and Susanna Gibbard(see SL 1/122)
John Harvey the father died on 16 September 1819
By deed of 7 Februaury 1842 property subject to the trusts of the father's marriage settlement were released by i) to Thomas Wing to use of i) discharged from all estates tail but subject to 2 terms of 100 years and 500years
i) has lately agreed with Charles Fyshe Palmer, Esq, for the purchase of certain property in Northill but said purchase has not yet been completed. Now is agreed that on completion of said purchase the property should be conveyed to same uses as with his other property and should enter into covenant hereinafter contained
Now i) releases to iv)
--Manors of Ickwell Bury and Northill
--mansion house called Ickwell Bury in Northill in occupation of i), together with barns, buildings, greenhouses, orchards, pleasure grounds and Park etc
--Pieces ground adjoining the Park in occupation of i)
--farms and farmhouses
--lands etc belonging once occupied by William Newsam, Robert Newsam, Samuel Sandon, Thomas Woodward, William Burton and now of Edward Jeffries, Samuel Sandon and Sarah Clark
--all other the property of i) in hamlets of Ickwell and Caldecott in Northill If more detailed description is required it can be made by way of schedule to this deed by i) and A J Tennant any time during their joint lives or the survivor of them or by iv) after their deaths to be held by iv) on various trusts:
-A J Tennant to recieve £600 p.a. for life after decease of i)
subject to said annual sum, property to be held by iv) for term of 500 years on further trust, in tail male, with provision for other children signatures (copies) of all
various witnesses

Reciting purchase from Charles Fyshe Palmer of property in Northill on 5 October 1842 which was conveyed by a) to b) in trust. Included in said purchase was a close of pasture called Covin's Close with cottage and South containing 6 acres 14p which was seperated from remainder of said property was sold to George Inskip of Upper Caldecote, Northill for £425, reciting also conveyance to a) from Frederick Hogg, Esq., and William Lindsell, Esq of 4 acres 3 rds land in Upper Caldecote for £475 now a) appoints that property in deed of 5 October 1842 shall be held to same uses and trusts as in main deed also in consid of £475 paid by b) to a) as purchase money of close of 4 acres 3 rds recently bought by a) from Hogg Lindsell a) releases to b)
