  • Scope and Content
Dear Sir, Further to your recent call at this Office, we now have pleasure in enclosing herewith a prelimary itinerary and estimate for your proposed visit to Itay in April. The intinerary has been compiled on the assumption that departure will be on April 8th but this, of course is not essential and any dates can be amended to suit your convenience. The Estimate shows the items included and you will notice that we have considered it advisable to allow for dinner, room and breakfast at each hotel as we do not expect that it will be possible to secure reservations on a room and breakfast basis only. However, you will notice that the Estimate does not fully cover the cost of accomodation in Rome and this arrangement has been made so that that the "V" form amount does not exceed the basic allowance of £25.0s.0d per person. We trust that these arrangements will meet with your approval but it you should wish to make any amednment or it any further information is required, kindly contact the undersigned who will be pleased to assist you. Awaiting the favour of your further instructions, we remain, Yours faithfully, Thomas Cook & Son Ltd, per:- R Bray, Booking Hall.
