Letter to Marjorie Balaam [Secretary to the Fund] from the Rev. W. J Gallop [Walter Judkins Gallop, Rector of Flitwick, 1937-1947, Licensed Preacher of the Diocese of St. Albans thereafter] 5, Townsend Drive, St Albans, concerning the 1939-1945 memorial tablet in Flitwick Church. All necessary steps now taken, so the plans are now back with the new architect. There is much work to make up, but I hope to hear anytime that the tablet is ready. I have not yet paid out any money, but you do not and will not owe me any more. Apologises for delays, but hopes to have news soon.
