    Reciting the death of William Fowler and admission of his sons, William Fowler, Bath, and George Fowler, St Neots, Hunts, merchants, common brewers and co-partners, the two sons of said William Fowler deceased, who by his will dated 22 July 1800 bequeathed all his real and personal estate equally between his 2 sons. Will proved PCC now William Fowler, the son, is admitted tenant to - one moiety of --- site of a messuage (consumed by fire) in King Street, Potton, where another messuage has since been erected --- 4 acres meadow in common fields of Potton to which William Fowler, deceased, was admitted tenant on 6 July and 17 Aug 1789 upon the surrenders of Mary Emery, widow of Richard Emery, and Thomas Plum[m]er Emery and Charles Emery, her children - one undivided 1/3 part and moiety of one undivided 1/3 part of --- all customary lands once of Richard Emery, deceased, in parish fields of Potton, once in occupation James Hall then Thomas Raymond (46acres 1rd), once the estate and inheritance of John Day --- same customary lands of Richard Emery, once the estate and inheritance of John Moon to which said William Fowler was admitted tenancy on 6 July and 17 Aug 1789 on surrender of John Kitchin and Thomas Plum[m]er Emery - one moiety of --- all property once held of the said manor by Rev William Gery, clerk, then Mileson Edgar, Esq and wife Susanna, Robert Herring, Esq., and wife Elizabeth and Nicholas Starkie, Esq and wife Katherine (Susanna, Elizabeth and Katherine being grand-daughters of said William Gery) to which said William Fowler was admitted tenant on 3 April 1792. Now George Fowler is admitted to other moiety etc of same property with note that immediately after their admissions, said William and George Fowler surrendered property to the use of their wills
