    Reciting previous mortgage of 30 September 1886 for £2200 and also a mortgage beteen William Thomas Emery Judd and Henry Chaundler, Biggleswade, gentleman, dated 1 October 1886 to secure repayment of £800. Default has been made in repayment of said £800 and by Order of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice of 17 November 1891 repayment of the total and costs had to be made within 6 months or foreclosure would take place. Time was extended but still repayment was not made so William Thomas Emery Judd is debarred from any right or interest in the mortgaged premises now Henry Chaundler is admitted tenant to - messuage with shops etc at Potton late in occupation William Thomas Emery Judd and now of W J Valentine East market Place West & South late Charles Edwards North Bull Street - 2 messuages in Blackbird Street, Potton now in occupation David Abbott and Simeon Ginn - piece of land in Blackbird Street, Potton to hold subject to conditional surrender of 18 October 1886 and right of Sarah Jane Chaundler and Charles Smith Chaundler to admission in case of default of repayment of £2200
