- one undivided moiety in messuage, farmhouse and land in Caldecote, subject to certain mortgages
c) to be trustees and to hold said property in trust for a) upon such trusts as might be made in another deed of same date
(i,e, this present indenture)
now is agreed that after the marriage iii) shall hold said £1500 in trust for sole and separate of i) during her marriage, then for her
husband and children, at 21, or if daughters, if they have married with parents' consent.
