trusts;-William Potter to receive rents and to pay annuity of £10 to Ann Jetty remainder to be divided between nephew and nieces and said Charles Pyle by codicil dated 26 Nov 1823 he gave power to executors to rebuild his messuages etc after 50 years. Will proved (PCC) on 17 Jan 1826 said George Hare is eldest child child of Martha Hare (wife of George Hare, Clifton) a niece of said Thomas Stanfield and will on death of mother become entitled to 1/6th share of the property and other such shares as may accrue to him by death of nephew and niece of said Thomas Stanfield reciting also conveyance of 30 November [1858] now in consid of £110 paid by iii) to i). i) assigns to iii)
