    i)George Hare ii)Frederick Hare, 134, St Albans Place, Edgware Road, London iii)William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade,gentleman, reciting will of Thoma Stanfield, of Thorold Square, Bethnal Green, Middlesex, deceased, dated 11 September 1823 ... to niece Elizabeth Westley, wife of James Manning Westley, Kingsland Road [Bethnal Green?], baker,for life - 1/6th part of interest and dividends of personal estate ... to Charles Pyle and William Potter in trust - remainder of all freehold and leasehold estates in St. Math, Bethnal Green, and Wheeler Street, Spitalfields,Middlesex trusts;-William Potter to receive rents and to pay annuity of £10 to Ann Jetty remainder to be divided between nephew and nieces and said Charles Pyle by codicil dated 26 Nov 1823 he gave power to executors to rebuild his messuages etc after 50 years. Will proved (PCC) on 17 Jan 1826 said George Hare is eldest child child of Martha Hare (wife of George Hare, Clifton) a niece of said Thomas Stanfield and will on death of mother become entitled to 1/6th share of the property and other such shares as may accrue to him by death of nephew and niece of said Thomas Stanfield reciting also conveyance of 30 November [1858] now in consid of £110 paid by iii) to i). i) assigns to iii) -all shares to which he is entitled on mother`s death -piece of land in Hitchin Field, Clifton (2 acres 3rds 35p) to be held by iii) subject to mortgage to John Thompson interest - 5% p.a. Signatures i) and ii) endorsed receipt Witnesses: G. H. Chapman, 6, Pump Court, Temple, 25 Dec 1858 , Receipt for £10 on account , 26 Dec 1860, also endorsed with Reconveyance a) William Thomas Chapman b) George Hare .Reciting various re-payments of the principal money, reciting death of Martha Hare on 3 May 1859 and of Frederick Hare on 26 Oct 1871, now in consid of £110 already paid to a) by b) a) assigns to b) - property in main deed. Signatures: Both Witnesses: Edmond Stanton, clerk to Mr Chapman, solicitor, Biggleswade, 6 Nov 1872. Also endorsed `In chancery Stevens and others vs Pyle and another. This is the Deed marked C referred to in the affidavit of William Thomas Chapman and Grove Humphrey Chapman sworn before me by the said Grove Humphrey Chapman this twenty seventh day of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty'.
