Post-nuptial settlement: (i) Oliver Harvey of Thurleigh, esquire, Edward Rolt of Bolnhurst, esquire, Thomas Slade alias Webbe of Thurleigh, Robert Wootton of Barford, yeoman (ii) Thomas Wootton of Thurleigh, yeoman, and wife Mary, Woolston Baxter of Burton Latimer, gentleman. Whereas a marriage settlement was not made on the marriage of Thomas Wootton and Mary Baxter, and whereas they have not lived quietly and peaceably together as man and wife ought to do, therefore Mary's brother Robert at her request has given to Woolston Baxter £100, of which Thomas and Mary are to have the interest if they live together, but if they live apart Mary only.
