    i) William Hunt, Deeping Fen, Lincs, grazier ii) Everson Harrison, Polethorpe Hall, Rutland, Esq iii) John Richard Carter, Spalding, Lincs, gentleman consid - £6000 lent by ii) to i) i) releases to iii) - 68 acres 3 rds 26p in Langford - 22 acres 3 rds 8p in Langford to be held to use of ii) for term of 1000 years interest - 4% p.a. also i) will surrender into the hands of the Lords of the respective Manors - farmhouse at Pepper End in Langford - Bayes Close (3 acres) - 6 acs 1 rd 38p, p acs 12 p, 2 acs 20p, 13 acs 2 rds 26p, 5 acs 2 rds, 2 acres 2 rds 2 acres (total - 41 acres 1 rd 16p) copyhold of the Manor of Langford - land in Holme Field (5 acres 2 rds 32p) being copyhold of Manor of Langford - 3 acres, 1 acre and 6 acres 2 rds 24p (total 10 acres 2 rds 24p) being copyhold to the Manor of Holme with Langford to be held by iii) in trust for ii) property to be insured reciting also release of 5 April 1845 a) said William Hunt b) said Everson Harrison c) John Richard Carter consid - £6000, paid to a) by b) a) released to c) - messuage or farmhouse and 222 acs 2 rds 18p land adjoining in Deeping Fens, Lincs South Littleworth turnpike road North(pt) Robert Parr, gentleman North(other pt) late divisees of Robert Ward, now devisees of Robert Randall West occupation road next land of Lord Carington and Miss Eaton formerly in occupance Charles Allen and then of William Hunt to use of b) for 1000 years, subject to redemption by a) on payment of said £6000 and interest at 4% p.a. i) with concurrance of ii) lately sold to Great Northern Railway Co, 9 acres 26p land, part of Deeping Fen farm. Above loan of £6000 is to secured not omly upon Langford prop but also as further charge upon Deeping Fen property. No part of property shall be redeemed until said £12,000 has been paid.
