    i) Mark Norman, Langford, farmer ii) Charles Veasey, Huntingdon, Esq i) is entitled to 2 undivided fifth parts in certain freehold and copyhold property, subject to above mortgage and indenture of further charge, regarding property in Langford, and also to copyhold property in Blunham now in consid of £800 paid by ii) to i) i) releases, by way of morgage, to ii) - 2 undivided 1/5th parts in --- free hold allotment in Middle Field and Holme Field in Langford (68 acres 3 rds 26p) bounded as in CD746 and 747. Which said piece of land was awarded to Mark Norman, grandfather of i) ( to which 1/5th part i ) becouse entitled under will of his grandfather and the other 1/5th part as heir of his sister, Sophia Norman, deceased) interest - 5% p.a. i) also agrees to surrender his copyhold property, i.e. - 2 undivided 1/5th parts in following, held of the Manor of Langford --- cottage etc at Water End, Langford, with close pasture or hempland adjoining (1 acre) --- messuage or farmhouse in Pepper End, Langford --- Bayes Close (3 acres) adjoining said farmhouse --- toft where customary messuage formerly stood and Town End Close adjoining in Langford --- 41 acres 1 rd 16p land in Langford, subject to a right of carriage or driftway of 20 ft along North side thereof - 2 1/5th parts, held of the Manor of Holme with Langford --- 10 acres 2 rds 24p with right of carriage and driftway of 20 ft along North side of above described piece of land to East end of Mill Lane - land or garden ground (1rd 33p) in parish and Manor of Blunham in front next the High Street 55ft South said High Street, Brick Kiln Close, house of Frederick Hogg, Esq North i) William Usher to which i) as recently been admitted tenant on the surrender of Thomas Dennis and others Signature i) endorsed receipt witness Thomas Veasey, solictor, Baldock
