House-by-house survey of floor areas which includes evaluation of condition of building (on a scale of 1-10), use of building if not residential, and general subjective remarks, e.g. “now closed up”, “condition of building extremely bad”, “has been damaged by fire”. 35 x 50 cm forms, seemingly used in the field, with up to 12 houses or groups of houses on each and up to 10 forms in a bundle. There does not appear to be any correlation between these and the plans at PLD 3/13/1. A street index follows overleaf. [Only a small proportion of these forms has survived. The comments on them are similar to those found in 1925 valuation books] Grange Rd, Goldington Rd, Sandy Rd, Addington Close, Barkers Lane, King Edward Rd, Queen Alexandra Rd, Chapel Close
