Norman Taylor, Samuel, Sophia and Mary are surving children of John Taylor
personal estate of Mark Norman is sufficiant to pay the legacies to Elizabeth Norman and the Taylors but legacy to Mark John Norman being insufficient by £868 9s, this amount has been advanced to him by iii)
now in consideration of £2025 New 3 1/2% Bank annuities transferred by ii) out of personal estate of Mark Norman into name of Elizabeth Norman and also in consideration of £198 paid by ii) out of personal estate of Mark Norman being legacy of £200 after deduction of legacy duty. Also in consideration of £99 each paid by ii) to each member of the Taylor family (legacy duty having been deducted) also in consideration of £990 (which includes said £868 9s) being legacy of £1000 to Mark John Norman, less legacy duty
i) now discharges ii) and iii) from said legacies and any claims thereon
