Hawkins (to whom also £50);
to grandson William Dust Williamson cottage at Keysoe Row occupied by Richard Beeby, & pightle;
to daughter Sophia Bryers Cunnington messuage & lands in own occupation; after her death to her husband William & her children; charged with £12 annuity to grandson William Dust Williamson till age 21;
