Includes: Walter Rands for moeing of grasse upon the common and carrying it away, Robert Somerly for carrying away "3 spares and a fide paire & two hingels from the barne belonging to the house where he lately dwelt", Thomas Wagestaffe for taking away a leanto or shed & "yd cowplackes the house planckes & manger", Henry Wagestaffe for his fine for the freeland which he bought of Thomas Wagstafe, Walter Rands for ploughing up the highway, William Squire for trespassing upon the common, Moses Barnes, Henry Wagestaffe, Francis Stratton, Anthony Manning for "slaking & eating by the Rands ends with his cattell before the grayne was carryed" , Robert Peeter for encroaching at Knapwell Hill, John Hilton for a bloodshed on Thomas Allen, John Clements and Ewin Wilbye for trespassing with their cattle.
