    (i) Rev Sir John Fagg, Mystole, Chartham, Kent, Bart, and Dame Ann, his wife (late Ann Newman, spinster, only child of Daniel Newman, Canterbury, Kent, Esq., deceased) (ii) Thomas Randolph, Petham, Kent, clerk; Edwin Humphry Sandys, late of Cantebury, now of Kingston, Kent, Esq (iii) Elizabeth Newman, Canterbury, widow (iv) Mark Norman, Broom, Southill, farmer reciting lease and release of 13 and 14 of April 1760 a) Sir John Fagg, then the Rev John Fagg, and wife Ann b) Elizabeth Newman, widow c) said Thomas Randolph; said Edwin Humphry Sandys d) John Buxton, clerk; Herb Randolph, clk In which it was agreed that a fine should be levied by a), b) and c) (which fine was levied in Easter term, 30 Geo III) of -Lands in Fann furlong for certain uses and trusts, which deed also gives power to vary or determine and power to sell trust estates Money raised to be paid to d) also a) agrees with d) that they will surrender into the hands of Lords of the various Manors -1 acre 1 1/2 rods arable in Langford -1 acre leys in Langford -14 acres in Langford common fields -6 acres arable in Langford -2 1/2 acres arable in Langford common fields -2 acres land in Langford - toft where a messuage and garden once stood, in Langford -Town End Close -2 acres 1rod arable -6 acres arable in common fields all in Langford.
