    Ann Newman, only daughter and heir at law of Daniel Newman, Esq., deceased, is admitted to - 1 acre 1 1/2rods arable - 1 acre leys or other land in Langford common fields - several pieces arable in Langford common fields (14 acre's) formerly lands of Thomas Crouch - 6 acres arable in Langford, formerly the land of John Squire - 2 1/2 acs arable in common fields of Langford, formerly estate of Jn Wright - 2 acre's Land in Langford formerly land of John Drury and wife Ann - toft or piece of land whereon a messuage or garden formerly stood - close, once pasture, now arable, called Town End Closel adjoining to and now including said toft and garden (1 1/2 acres without toft, 2 acres and 1 rod and 28poles with toft) - 2 acres 1 rod arable in the parish and fields of Langford all which were once in occupance John Powers, late of William Cox and now of Anthony Thody Said Ann Newman is 12 years old and so custody of herself and premises is given to Richard Wheeler
