    Reciting that John Hurst held - 3 pieces in Fann furlong (1 acre) South - Arlesey brook to which he had been admitted tenant on 27 May 1689 - land or grass ground, once part of close purchased by John Hurst from Richard Miles, and now in occupance Richard Dilley to which he was admitted tenant on 2 June 1700. John Hurst, son of above, was admitted to above prop on 20 April last and surrendered them to the use of his will. By his will he left the property to his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Hurst of Henlow, widow, in lieu of annuity of £20, charged on said property. John is now dead so Elizabeth Hurst is admitted tenant.
