    To son, Levitt hedding - all copyhold property at Yately in Southampton and held of the Manor of Ordindale, in occupance one Geal - cottage, orchard etc in Carrington, Cotton End, lately purchased of Fran Burnell, Higham Ferrars, Northants, apothecary To son, William Hedding - all property in Weybaston and Chameton in the parish of Eaton Socon To daughter, Letitia Hedding -messuage or cottage at Maulden, now in occupance Jeremiah Reynolds To daughter Fanny or Frances Hedding - copyhold cottage wherein I now dwell, in Biggleswade, purchased of Grace and Elizabeth Drage To sons and daughters, Levitt, William, Letitia and Fanny Hedding - messuage or cottage and close of ground adjoining in Shortmead Street, Biggleswade, now in occupance William Tillcock - 2 acres meadow in Back Meadow, Biggleswade, purchased of John Deare - piece meadow in Back Meadow, now also in my own occupation, purchased recently of Brooks William Ferrar and John Parslon, Esq - copyhold messuage upon Biggleswade Market Place, called the Angel Inn and now in occupance Elizabeth Wynn, spinster - 2 copyhold cottages in Biggleswade in Langford Street and now in occupance George Wilson and James Pepper to be held as tenants in common - leasehold messuages, cottage, land etc in Silsoe equally to be divided between them. If any child die under 21, then share to survivors - residue of estate Brother, William Hedding of Little Paxton, Hunts, and friend, Jeremiah Bryant, Biggleswade, innholder, as executors to receive 5 guineas apiece for their trouble.
