(ii) John Dwight of Wandsworth, gentleman, administrator of late wife Millicent (nee Burbage). (iii) John Orlebar of Hinwick, esquire, administrator of late father John, late a Master in Chancery. (iv) Thomas Northey, citizen and apothecary of London. Recites on 1 September 1716 John Pepys by deed poll assigned to John Orlebar annuity of £30 in trust for Ann and Millicent Burbage, now deceased; now assigned to Thomas Northey as security for debt which Millicent Burbage owes.
