    - - the manor of Relye (Thurleigh); meadow in Milton and Radwell; pasture in Riseley called Tutburyfeld; with works of all bond tenants; except:- bond and free tenants' rent; land which in ancient time was parcel of her villenage (except a pasture called Cow Pasture, which since the 1st pestilence was parcel of 2 villenages called Grayes & Boleacres, which pasture the said John, William & Simon had); wardships, reliefs, profits of course etc.; tenants shall enjoy the coppices and springs without making destruction; lady shall repair in site of manor the hall, chapel, 2 barns, greanary, sheep-pen, dairy-house & kilnhouse, after which tenants shall keep them in repair; she will also acquit them from charges towards the chief lords of the fee, save that tenants shall pay the 1/15 to the King when levied; she may re-enter if rent is in arrears; At rest.
