- Scope and ContentDear Sir, In reply to your esteemed letter of 1st instant, I beg to state that British subjects do not require visa to go to Cuba as tourists or as transient provided they hold a passport saying:- On the front cover, on top, BRITISH PASSPORT, and below UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND. However when travelling as tourists they must possess the return ticket adn [sic] as transcient - their passport vised [sic] to the country of destination and fare paid. Yours faithfully, Julio A.
