    To son, John Brunt and heirs. ---- New erected messuage with garden adjoining in Langford Street, Biggleswade, in my own occupation. -----6 new erected cottages in Langford Street, with barns, common rights etc. -----Spectacles first Close, on part thereof said cottages are erected (2acres) -----6 tenements or dwelling houses at North end of town of town of Biggleswade now in occupance Thomas Cobb, -Huckle, -Woods, Fowler, Robert Whitty and Samuel Thompson. ---- Messuage in Shortmead Street, Biggleswade, in occupance William Barker to be held subject to payment of moiety of legacy of £900 in trust for daughters, Mary Larkins and Sarah Mellor, with interest at 5% p.a To Thomas McGrath, Biggleswade, surgeon, Robert Lindsell, Biggleswade, gentleman and son-in-law William Larkins: ---- Messuages in Palace Yard, Biggleswade. -----2 messuages in Shortmead Street, in occupance James Wells and widow Crouch upon trust: to pay £15 p.a. to each of grandchildren, William and Sarah Brunt Perkins, for life. To be used for their support until 21. One moiety to be held for benefit of children of son William Brunt, equally to be divided between them. Other moiety for benefit of son John Brunt and his heirs .....also to Thomas McGrath, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins. ----- Messuage in Market Place, Biggleswade on occupance son William. ------Spectacles second close, near Langford Street (4acres) ----- 8 cottages lately erected on part of same close. ----- Right of way 12ft wide over ground at south end of said 6 tenements devised to son, John, into Spectacles second Close. ----- 2 messuages near Cowfair lands, in Biggleswade, in occupance -Bilcock and Cartwright. ----- Leasehold messuage or dwellinghouse, with garden, at Gamlingay, Cambs, now in occupance William Pegg. Upon trust; by sale etc to raise half of legacy of £900 legacy for daughters to pay 20s weekly to son William and wife Elizabeth. If either dies said 20s to be paid to survivor. Remainder for children of said William equally. Also to said Thomas McGrath, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins - £900 upon trust; to invest said sum; £600 of said sum, or interest thereof, to be held for the benefit of daughter, Mary Larkins, for life. After her death to her children, if no children then to be divided among testator`s grandchildren . £300-interest to be paid to daughter Sarah Mellor for life and then to her children estates given to John and held in trust for William are charged with payment of said £900 in equal moieties. To son-in-law, Thomas Perkins: £50 To son, John - one moiety of residue. To Thomas McGrath, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins -other moiety of residue, in trust for children of son William, power given to appoint new trustees. Thomas McGrath, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins appointed executors.
