    i)Sir Francis Willes,Charles Street,Berkeley Square,Middlesex, Knight, Lord of the Manor of Biggleswade. ii) William Brunt, Biggleswade,draper consid - £30 paid to i) by ii). i)releases to ii) - Messuage,cottage etc in Biggleswade formerly in occupance James Grigg and now of i) to which ii) was admitted at court on 25 and 26 Oct 1803 on surrender of Denis Herbert. - 5 cottages in Back Street,Biggleswade, erected on site of several cottages burnt down in the fire of Biggleswade. - Small piece ground adjoining, now in occupance James Mayes,Thomas Whisson,Thomas Taylor,William Mantle and Ann Francis to which ii) was admitted at court held 21 and 22 Oct 1806 on surrender of Charles Barnett,Esq,and others. - Messuage in Shortmead Street,Biggleswade,late in occupance William Corbett,deceased, and now William Newman to which ii) was admitted tenant at court held on 23 and 24 April 1811 on surrender of Thomas and Sarah Shufflebotham. - 2 acres 10poles land,being part of Spectacles Close to which said Willaim Brunt was admitted on 7 and 8 April 1812. - 4 acres, another part of Spectacles Close to which ii) was admitted on 27 and 28 April 1813. - other piece of land, together with barn or building thereon in Shortmead Street,Biggleswade in occupance William Edwards otherwise Hall and since of John Mardall. To which ii) was admitted at court held on 4 and 5 April 1815 to hold enfranchised for ever from any payments to the Manor of Biggleswade. Also i) confirms to ii) - All commonage or right of common in or on the wastes or commons belonging to the Manor as ii) might have been entitled to as a copyhold tenant of the Manor as if this deed had not been made.
