    i) Thomas Sandys, Eversholt,Esq., and wife Ann (formerly Ann Bolding, spinster, only acting executrix named in will of Ann Bolding, widow and executrix of John Bolding, Ampthill, surgeon, deceased) ii) Samuel Davies, Ampthill, gentleman iii) William Brunt, Biggleswade, draper iv) Henricus Octavius Roe, Baldock,Herts, gentleman a) John Taylor b) John Barber - Spectacles Close (8acres) and other property to secure repayment of £450 and interest for term of 1000 years, principal money was paid off on 22 Sept 1787 by William Dawson,who purchased property from said John Taylor,and premises were assigned to John Bolding in trust for William Dawson it is now agreed that term should be transferred to iv) in trust for iii). However doubts have risen as to whether said piece of land has previously and unintentionally been assigned to ii) by i), so ii) has agreed to join in the assignment now i) and ii) at request of iii) assign to iv) - 2 acres 10poles part of Spectacles Close to hold in trust for ii) to go along with the inheritance of the property.
