To son Joseph messuage divided into 2 tenements at Girtford, occupance, Edmund Huckle & Charles Butcher (purchased of William Nelson); messuage occupance by testator at Girtford, purchased of Dennis Herbert; 2 1/2 acres in the Middle Field, Sandy, called Crabtree allotment, and another 2 1/4 acres in the same place called Huntingdon allotment, purchased of trustees of late Thomas Blewitt. 2 1/2 acres adjoining purchased of William Blewitt; messuage at Girtford occupance widow Cotton, purchased of Abe. Askham; 1 acre garden ground at Girtford, purchased of Ann Adams, & 2 cottages erected thereon, occupance William Blane & Thomas Darler; 2 tenements at Girtford occupance John Marshall & Jonathan Baldrey, purchased William Fletcher; charged with £40 p.a. to son Samuel.
To son John (executor with Thomas Powers of Biggleswade, ironmonger), of Blunham, baker, copyhold houses & bakehouse at Blunham in his occupance & occupance James Dew & Samuel Copperwheat, [blank] Nicholls, Mary Manning; also his debts.
To son Edmund of Biggleswade, baker, messuage, bakehouse, cornshop, etc. at Biggleswade, occupance Edmund; purchased William Carrington; but subject to paying £500.
