Crawley, farmer, his 4 cottages in North End of Luton opposite Tower Hill, occupied by John Catlin, William Walker, Thomas Saunders & Charles Hills; also a messuage in Luton occupied by son Thomas near the cottages; in trust to pay rents to son Charles for life; then to sell & divide proceeds between children of son Charles at 21, & Children of other son Thomas, & daughters Mary (widow of said William Perrin), Sarah (widow of Thomas Evans) & Ann Barnett, widow; residue to be divided between some of above legatees (named); to sister Elizabeth Garique, legacy; Witnesses: James Gutteridge, John Everitt, Joseph Willsher.
