William Lord, Thomas, Lord, Newdigate Lord, Rev. James Lord, Charles Lord, John Shepherd & wife Ann (nee Lord), John Thornton & wife Mary (nee Lord), John Ricketts & wife Elizabeth (nee Lord); (iv) James Baldwin; (v) Abraham Fossey; -- messuage & land to Abraham Fossey; 6, 7 June 1809 (many parties) -- messuage & land to use of Abraham Fossey; 29, 30 Nov. 1809: conveyance of old enclosures to Abraham Fossey; recites that all the foregoing were purchased in Abraham Fossey's name, but partly with Daniel Fossey senior's money; in view of Daniel Fossey's love for son Abraham & grandson Daniel, he promises to convey & assure them to the latter's use;
