farmhouse in Old Bedford road;
farm purchased of John Gray & William Sandon;
land purchased of John Chase, with farmyard & cottages & 40 acres at Warden Hills, late purchased of Henry Pinks Arnold;
freehold & copyhold lands at Haley green, Caddington, occupied by Timberlake;
to trustees farmhouse at Markyate cell, leased from D.G. Adey, till one of younger sons (other than Thomas & Robert) shall be 21,
and wish to carry on; also warehouse in Cheapside; trade to be carried on in George Street & Chapel lane during
wife's life; then estate to be divided;
personal estate in Florence, New York, & England, & life insurance; wife to have interest during life;
