    -- a messuage in the south end of Luton, heretofore occupied by Elizabeth Goldsmith, late Tomlinson Cooper, now John Chase (adjoining messuage heretofore Henry Cain, now part of Luton workhouse south, and messuage late William Gutteridge, now Daniel Brown, north; and fronting east on common street, near Cross Pond, leading from marketplace to the Breach;) -- Langleys close, 4acres (adjoining toft where heretofore Langleys messuage stood, which is being conveyed to Mr. Laidlaw); heretofore occupied by Elizabeth Goldsmith, widow, late William Huison, now John Chase; all above were granted 1786 by William Goldsmith to John Chase & William Anstee; -- farmhouse called Noaks farm, Stopsley, & 156 acres in the fields of Luton, Stopsley & Biscot:- Homestall, New close, Young's, Oxey, Lodies, Ordencroft, Great Shefees (abutting east on Lye lane), Little Shefees (abutting south on Lye common), Ordencroft (formerly wood), Granthams or Beamthams (abutting east on Lye lane), Sealey close, Cricks Hill (abutting west on Barn Field), Breadcroft; meadow in Storkham bridge meadow; parcels in the following fields:- Lye, Oxey, Arsick, Barn, Little, Biscot, Nails Hill (some adjoining Whitehill farm), Galley Hill, Warden Hill (adjoining Whitehill farm).
