To wife Sarah, executrix., (to whom residue), freehold estate in Horseloe Street, Potton, in own occupance, for life; then to son Thomas. To son John house & close (copyhold of Potton Regis), abutting North on ground of Sir Roger Burgoyne, South on house & ground of Edmund Bunberry, East on Back Lane, West on Horseloe/Horselow Street, now occupance Thomas Prior; pightle (copyhold of Potton Burdetts), in own occupance, abutting South on ground of Mr John Phypps, paying £5 to Sarah above; he is also to have trees left standing & to maintain fence:
To daughter Sarah, wife of William Seymour, leasehold cottage occupance John Daniel, & close adjoining in own occupance, abutting East on close of late Mr Nicholas Phypp, North on lane , South on above close; paying £5 to wife Sarah. Witnesses: George Pedley, John Pedley, Robert Cremer.
