Confirms marriage settlement relating to estates in Harberton, a tenement called Galmpton, farms (named), manor of borough of Kingswear, with lands in Brixham, Kingswear, Cheston Ferrers, Galmpton, Harberton, St. Budeaux, Tamerton Foliot, Egg Buckland, Plymouth, Plympton St. Mary, Plympton Earl, Slapton and Totnes; except a little tenement at East Allington; to use of son John, then grandson Henry, then Thomas.
