Meades (48 acres) heretofore part of Pulloxhill or Harlington Grange, Streatley, with a lane or way (2 acres) from Sharpenhoe to the mill; heretofore of Gravely Norton, esq.; - - a messuage, close called Wood close, with 44 acres arable, & a cottage in Streatley, Sharpenhoe & Sundon (no details), heretofore of Roger Wingate; - - also Georges wood, Streatley (12 acres), formerly of Lettice Cleyny (rectius Cheyny?); - - also Samsill close at Sampsill, Westoning (10 acres), formerly of William Whitebread & Roger Cinder; - - a messuage in Luton in possession of William Ratten, & a messuage in Bedford in possession of Richard Fisher; - - annual rent of £16 from manor of Sharpenhoe, formerly Richard Barnard; excepting out of this conveyance the arable, meadow & pasture, parcel of manor of Barton, called the 'Four Berry Doles'; detailed trusts.
