Charles Fletcher has agreed to release his claim to certain lands in Newport, whereby his security is diminished, and therefore there is substituted for them:
- A farmhouse in Podington late in the occupation of Widow Denton, £40, New close late in the occupation of William Bradley, £7; both late in the occupation of Thomas Ekins, now John Wells, £47; a farmhouse in Hinwick, late in the occupation of Richard Turland senior, now junior, Great Welsick close, Welsick corner close, Orchard close, laid together, 6 acres; 120 acres in the fields of Hinwick and Podington; £47.
