--- messuage called Frithmans, Woodford, formerly occupied by Henry Dunderdale, with stable, outhouse yard, garden & pleasure ground adjoining (2ac 26p) (part of a meadow) formerly used with the messuage, to the whole of which the Revd. Newmarsh was admitted 18 July 1812, purchased of assignees of Joseph Nailer, formerly City of London, bankrupt, who was admitted 18 Dec 1790
--- piece of land enclosed out of the waste by Joseph Nailer, & laid into the courtyard of the messuage.
Endorsed: with note that Revd Newmarsh will pay taxes on the house in George Lane to midsummer 1819, the house having been unoccupied since Christmas 1817.
