    --- to Rev. William Fowler and niece Mary Ann, his wife, messuage with lands and tithes belonging, Stotfold, held under a lease from Trinity College, Cambridge --- to Mary Ann Fowler for life, all messuages and lands in Baldock, Bygrave and Clothall, Herts, remainder to Ann Hanscombe widow, daughter of late cousin Ann Atkinson formerly Ann Trustram deceased and to children William, Mary and Ann, and to John Atkinson and Ann Marshall, grandchildren of Ann Atkinson deceased and to all children and grandchildren of late cousin Elizabeth Wand deceased living at time of decease of Mary Ann Fowler, to be equally divided between Ann Hanscombe widow and all the children --- to Mary Ann Fowler, all household furniture, plate linen and china etc.--- to Ann Hanscombe widow £100 --- Ann Wand, daughter of Elizabeth annuity of £30 --- James Wand son of Elizabeth annuity of £30 --- to trustees of almshouses for poor widows, Baldock, £200 stock- 3% consolid. Bank annuities - income from £100 for poor of Baldock, and income from remaining £100 to vicar and churchwardens of Stotfold for poor inhabitants --- residue of personal estate to executors William & Mary Ann Fowler and William Hanscombe, in trust to invest in parliamentary or securities for benefit of Ann Fowler for life, remainder to Ann Hanscombe widow and children as above.
