(iii) Ambrose Reddall, Eversholt, Esq., brother of (ii), John Denis on marriage of (i) & (ii) £1000 portion (i) to (iii) in trust to uses:- --- capital messuage, with dovehouse, Toddington, occupied by Ann Samms, widow. --- 161 ac. arable, meadow & pasture belonging --- 3 closes, of which one adjoins the back of the messuage, Gobians alias Speed's Close, a pightle adjoining Gobians on which a cottage late stood, and Woolfes Close & Pightle adjoining ---cottage on west side of capital messuage, late occupied by Robert Paul, then William Wildman --- 1/2ac leys, Langley Fields all in Toddington, late occupied by Thomas, then Ann Samms after marriage has taken place, to use of (i) for life, then to (iii) for term of 99 yrs to pay annuity by way of rent charge of £100 for life of (ii), to use of children of (i) & (ii) subject to annuity, in equal shares, in default to right heirs of (i) Provision for substitution of other estates with consent of (ii) and (iii) The marriage took place; Ambose Reddall is since deceased; (i) wishes to sell the property concerned, with consent of wife & John Davis NOW (i) to (ii) --- messuage with outbuildings, gardens, orchards, arable, meadow & pasture occupied by Thomas Gurney --- messuage occupied by Daniel Mobbs & William Boyce --- messuage occupied by Ralph Whitwell & John Cox Kempston --- Rectory of Kempston, with tithes & glebe to similar uses
