Hayne as trustees & executors --- mourning rings to John Parson, Martha Renton Tuffnell spinster, James Burchell senior, Amy Ann Holditch his wife, William Burchell & wife Sophia Agnes, & Sarah wife of Charles L. Forbes --- to son Watson Ward Hayne all household articles etc. (with exceptions below) --- to daughter Catherine Ann Parsons, diamond cross and double half hoop diamond ring, 3 sugar casters & ladles --- to daughter Elizabeth Marion Hayne one of silver bedroom candlesticks, silver coffee pot & standard, and one pair sugar tongs --- to daughter Emmeline Amicia Hayne, silver candlestick, cream pot and ladle, mustard pot --- to son W.W. Hayne all real estate at Felmersham to which testator is entitled under will of late Revd. H.D. Ward, subject to mortgage of £1,300 --- to trustees 2 messuages, Old North Street & Blue Cross Street Middlesex, to pay income in equal shares to daughters E.M. and E.A. Hayne --- to trustees, subject to bequest of £300 to C.A. Parson, cottages & land etc. at Mill Hill (will of H.D. Ward.) --- to trustees all residue of real and personal estate to pay legacies, & residue in equal shares to son and 3 daughters. --- to trustees, all real estate invested in testator as trustee or mortgagee provision for appointment of new trustees.
