- Scope and Content--- 2 closes, one called Rooksweed, Felmersham occupied by John Berry --- 25 ac arable & sward, Felmersham occupied by John Berry (formerly granted by William Cobb, late Felmersham, gent deceased, & Lawrence Cobb, Felmersham, gent. to William Davis, late Felersham, gent deceased, late father of Elizabeth Berry) to (ii) for term of 500 years in trust for Elizabeth Berry or in default of appointment to children of (i) (i) to (ii) all goods, chattels etc. of John Berry (inventory) in trust for Elizabeth Berry, or children witnesses: William Davie, Ann Cosens 20 March, 1675 Appointment by Elizabeth Berry to (ii) above that after her decease they may sell or convey the property and divide among children when of age.
