    Convenant to levy a fine: (i) Robert Wootton of Barford, yeoman, and son and heir Thomas (ii) Thomas Slade alias Webb of Thurleigh, yeoman (iii) Oliver Harvey and Edward Rolte (iv) George Francklin of Mavern, esquire. Robert Wootton releases for £288 to Thomas Slade: a messuage and 2 pightles in Scoley End, Thurleigh, and all lands in occupation of Thomas Wootton belonging there to; and a cottage in Cross End late in occupation of Thomas Rose; all now in occupation of Oliver Harvey and Edward Rolte by indenture of 5 October. Thomas Slade has released to Oliver Harvey and Edward Rolte, in trust for George Francklyn: all that pightle compassed round about with the ground of George Francklin, esquire, in Tilwick, in Latner's occupation by indenture of 4 October, and all his lands in Thurleigh, Ravensden and Bolnhurst, now in their occupation by feoffment of Edward Latner 6 October.
