A pightle compassed round about with the ground of George Francklin, esquire, in Tilwick, Ravensden, and other lands of Thomas Slade in Bolnhurst and Ravensden; all which, except the said pightle called Jacks close, have been used time out of mind to lie dividedly in three several seasons, barley, pease and fallow; changing every year in course after the manner, use and custom of the places and parish; and of which George Francklyn and his predecessors have had the grazing rights.
