- Scope and Content[Details of customary usage] Thomas owns several small parcels of land in the three arable and several fields of Tylwicke, in and upon which (as well sward as arable according to the use of the farm and the custom of the country) all the owners and occupiers of the said farm have, from the time whereof the memory of man is not to the contrary, had the whole herbage and grazing of all manner of cattle without number, in the barley and pease fields, from the raising of harvest till the grain be sown (heretofore at the Annunciation of Our Lady). This custom was confirmed, after enquiry, by the arbitrators.
