    Surrender by Thomas Poulter alias Wallin, Amos Carter, Samuel Burton and wife Mary to use of Samuel Burton and wife for their lives and admission of Samuel Burton and wife Mary. [Reciting: 1 Oct. 1725 Morgan Hinde held -- 13 acres, 1 rod, Green End Shillington -- messuage, barn, outbuildings and slipe of land adjoining -- 3 closes (6 acres) part of the premises formerly called Ansell's part formerly Kitchener's and part formerly called Backhouse, reciting: HE112, and will, 3 January 1711/12 devising the premises among others to son Benjamin and the heirs of his body .1725. Admission of Benjamin Hinde who is since deceased without hiers; under will of Morgan Hinde remainder to daughters Elizabeth and grand daughter Mary in equal shares.
