--- To son Thomas all estate in Sharpenhoe, Streatley, Harlington, Sundon, Westoning.--- Messuage and farm house late purchased of John Peck Esq., Sharpenhoe, and occupied by test, also an annuity of £20:- - to son Hugh annuity of £20 out of the farm
- to grandchildren, Thomas, James, Elizabeth, Hugh, George and William, son & daughters of son Thomas, and to Mary, James, Catherine, Penelope, William, Hugh, Ann, John and Matthew sons & daughters of Mary Hanscombe, wife of Mr. William Hanscombe, £50 each charged on the above estate. --- to son Hugh the bed, bedding, linen and other furniture and things in the room where he
usually lies..... linen and woollen apparel. --- to son Thomas residue of household goods and all crops and farm implements.
--- 50s to poor of Streatley and 50s to poor of Sharpenhoe[reciting HE 20] --- £500 to William Hanscombe. --- residue of personal estate to son Thomas and Mary Hanscombe in equal shares, they to be executors. Will 25 July, 1771. Witnesses William Cole, William Hampson, Robert Swindall, clerk to Mr. Hampson.
