    --- to husband farm, Wilden, occupied by Thomas Wagstaffe & farm, Wilden, occupied by William Brooks, for life, then to testator's 3 brothers, Robert, John & Thomas Clare as tenants in common, subject to legacies of £100 each to testator's 5 sisters:- Katherine, wife of John Tapp, Radwell, carpenter, Sarah, wife of Isaac Watford, carpenter, Anna, wife of Thomas Low, shoemaker, Jane, wife of Nathan Hewlett, tailor, Margaret, wife of William Nottingham, butcher; also to sisters, £200 each out of personal estate, and all household goods & effects. --- to husband all arrears of rent from testator's estates, and £20 --- to 3 borthers as tenants in common, testator's dwelling house, & house in Butcherow occupied by Phillip Benson, abutting cherry orchard, purchased together by late husband Edward Wales in St. Marys, and house in St. Marys occupied by Mrs. Larkinson --- little house, Pavenham, occupied by sister Hewlett, to her for life, then to eldest son Charles. --- to Mr. Ebenezer Chandler 10 guineas; poor of St. Marys 50s; poor of Pavenham 50s. --- residue of personal estate to 3 brothers, who are also to be executors. witnesses: K. Dewberry, Mary Goodyear, Samuel Massey.
