Tenant is not to plough any ancient enclosure, nor any new enclosure more than 2 years together without making a fallow; he will lay down 1/3 of the tillage land with 14 pounds per acre good clover seed amongst the barley or oats in the last year of the lease; he will not keep more than half the upland of the new enclosures in tillage; he will keep the land on the wold at the end of Olney slade in constant grazing. Landlord will make house and homestead convenient and will dig ponds at own expense.
