(London), Richard Poole, Souldrop, yeoman, & wife Sarah Harrison, all free and copyhold estate, and all personal estate, also copyhold tenements in Pavenham and share in right of wife to freehold estate, Milton Ernest occupied by Thomas Peck, formerly publican, & Robert Mole, publican, in trust, to uses:- - to wife for life, remainder to son Thomas, and daughter Elizabeth Poole wife of Richard Poole, in equal shares; earnest wish that son Thomas keeps the house in which testator resides in the family and to have it as part of his share; in case of disagreement, executors to sell estate and divide proceeds.
