To neices Elizabeth Warner and Hannah Sheppard, spinsters, 'who now live with me' all that close of arable land and swerd ground called Herrings lying at Pattles Green, Great Brickhill, late purchased of brother John Sheppard deceased to be equally divided with right of trustees to sell. Also goods, chattels and wearing apparel. To friends William Chad of Great Brickhill, yeoman and William Mead of Great Brickhill, yeoman in trust until Hannah Sheppard is 21. If neither Elizabeth or Hannah survives or leaves children trustees to pay to Ann Colman, testator's great neice, wife of John Colman of Great Brickhill.
