There shall be a haling path 3 feet wide through Fenlake meadow, Cardington mead, Cleave mead, Blundham, thence to Barford bridge, thence to Blunham ditch, through West mead and East mead, Great Barford; it is to be marked before 10 April by driving short stumps at convenient distances. Henry Ashley is to pay certain compensation by 25 March next, and therefore annual rents which are allotted for each section. All and every the rivers, streams, waters, watercourses, currents, passages, cuts, dams, sluices, locks, cranes, bridges, turnpikes, floodgates, floodhatches, emoluments, and appurtenances whatsoever, all his interest of and in the ground whereupon the said sluices do stand, which were granted by letters patent 11 December 1638 by Charles I to Arnold Spencer to which William Inwood has a right. W. Inwood has received £300 from Anne and £200 from Richard Walter.
