Undertaking as to an Order to be made by Bedford R.D.C. in respect of land at Swineshead
On 25 Oct 1967 Bedford R.D.C. (as agents for B.C.C.) issued planning permission no. 67/292 for the erection of a flat and garage to form an extension to the Manor House at Swineshead; Bedford R.D.C. are resolved to revoke this planning permission and undertake to indemnify B.C.C. against all compensation and costs payable resulting from the making of this Order.
