Recites that on 25 Jun 1958 on the application of Messrs Inns & Company Limited, the Minister of Housing and Local Government (on appeal) granted permission for the winning and working of sand and gravel from an area of approx. 19 acres at Henlow Park, Henlow which has not been completed; and that B.C.C. do not consider that the samples of sand and gravel in the said area are of sufficiently high quality and the planning permission is therefore revoked.
